Halloween hunting looks a little different around Spooky Little Halloween. It's early August, and I have yet to set foot in a store with Halloween decor.
I just don't feel safe going out and about with COVID-19 cases being what they are in Texas.
But even without that, I'm going to be honest: I'm a little bored with what I've seen via Instagram so far. A lot of the collections are similar to or the same as previous years. Colors are updated. Items are slightly tweaked. But I have yet to see more than one item that has me feeling like I need to rush out and grab it.
Maybe that's because there are SO many more exciting items around the Internet from small businesses and creators these days.
With that in mind, we're about to embark on my annual weekly Halloween hunting posts...but this year, we're going small.
Every Friday now through the end of September, I'll share one small business you can shop with online. The bonus? Every single one sells their tricks and treats ALL YEAR LONG. I hope you'll find one or two new shops to follow, love and do business with.
