Growing up in the 90s turned me into a Halloween lover. I'm sure of it! There were so many great cartoons and TV shows with spooky vibes created for us with.
As a little girl, I remember being glued to the TV when “Beetlejuice” would come on during Saturday morning cartoons—a memory I’d all but forgotten until Mike at All Hallows Geek reminded me of the show’s existence when he purchase the full series on DVD. (I immediately did the same.)
Throw in some Munsters and Addams Family reruns on UPN in the summertime and my absolutely unfounded fear of Are You Afraid of the Dark? in my babysitting era…and you have the spooky kid er, adult sitting here writing this post.
If you’re looking for a good throw-back TV show, here’s a monster list of 20+ cartoons and TV shows you likely watched as a fellow 80s/90s baby—plus where to stream them.
