Another Halloween season has come and gone, but for those of us who are spooky at heart...the season lives on.
I'm not a big fan of having to pack up my decor each year, and I always feel bummed the first full week of November because the next Halloween season is SO far away.
(And, if I'm honest, it bums me out how quickly everyone else moves on to Christmas - like, could we please have a day of mourning for the spooky season ending first? Sigh...)
But this year, I'm feeling a little less blue than normal. We actually have fall temperatures in Texas, the leaves are finally starting to change and I want to bake ALL the pumpkin things!
That's one of the ways I keep the post-Halloween blues at bay: by making fall meals and treats. In the past, I've shared some favorite fall meal ideas as well as must-try pumpkin recipes.
Today I'm sharing eleven more pumpkin recipes to help beat those post-Halloween blues!
