The Pinkoween Playlist

All October posts are part of the Countdown to Halloween!

Pinkoween everything for Halloween 2024! This has been THE year of this color, whether you're shopping for decor at big box stores or buying magazines from small creators.

And I’m not mad about it, given my penchant for pink hair on-and-off since the summer of 2018. Is it a traditional Halloween color? No. Do I want my full decor collection turned pink? No.

But it’s fun it play around with for a year.

Which is what we’re doing with this year’s Halloween playlist! When I first started Spooky Little Halloween, I would share an annual themed playlist (they’re all linked at the end of the post, if you’re interested) based on my Halloween party theme.

When I let my parties go after 2018, I started creating a theme I was feeling for the season. Last year, it was 60s music. Before that, it was song that made every day feel like Halloween.

This year, like I did for my magazine-exclusive playlist, we’re leaning into all things pink and creating a playlist of 31 songs by female artists that I love.

And no repeats from the magazine playlist, if you’ve been listening to that!

I hope this will help you discover a few new tunes to add to your own playlists.

If Spotify is not your preferred method for streaming music, here is the complete playlist so you can create it yourself:

You can also give TuneMyMusic.com a try! While you do need an account, it’s free to use to transfer up to 500 songs per year when transferring playlists between streaming services.

Not an ad, just a cool resource a friend shared with me that I’m passing on to you.
