Halloween Hunting: Bloom and Gloom Co.

Wish Halloween hunting lasted all year? It can with my new newsletter, It’s Always Code Orange! This blog post contains affiliate links. See my disclaimer.

My favorite spooky small businesses are the ones that friends introduce to me — and Bloom and Gloom Co. is just that!

For the last several visits to St. Louis, I’ve admired a piece of artwork on the wall at Your Best Halloween Ever’s house. It’s a girl seemingly looking in a mirror holding up a dress…but what’s reflected back at her is nothing like you’d expect.

The piece drew me in immediately. It had so many layers, so much detail — the best kind of art does that to you! This one was no exception.

Fast-forward to earlier this year when I made a trip down to visit Andrew and Devin for a weekend…and the Oddities & Curiosities Expo just happened to be in town.

I was thrilled that not only did Bloom and Gloom Co. have a booth there, but that they had some tiny art prints, already framed (pictured above), that would be perfect for adding to my office gallery wall.

From there, I fell even more in love with this shop and its artwork, and I’m thrilled to feature it as this week’s Halloween hunting pick!
